Patient Arrival Policy
Please, for the safety of your cat and all patients, we ask that every cat be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash with a feline-safe harness. We also advise that all cats be secured during transfer from your car to the clinic. An otherwise calm and friendly cat can become frightened and uncontrollable at the sight and sound of moving cars, strangers, and other animals in the parking areas.

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why the occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client and patient on time.
For your convenience, 'in-patient' appointments are available. An 'in-patient' appointment means you can bring your cat at a time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for a couple of hours. Usually we will ask you to drop-off sometime in the morning so that our doctors can examine your cat in between appointments or at a time purposely reserved for admitted patients. Once the doctor has completed the examination, we will call you to review our findings and discuss recommendations.
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash and personal checks.
Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other animals. This is one of the reasons we request and strongly recommend that our patients be placed in carriers or on a leash before entering and exiting our facility.
For the safety of our staff and of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be current.
